The Employment Sponsorship will be based on the education and work skills and we will require a copy of the passport with photo and also the curriculum vitae prior to accepting an applicantas a client.
WORK PERMITS & LMIA
The applicant will most likely need a Work Permit in order to work in Canada. Upon receiving the Offer of Employment from a Canadian employer, the immigration process can begin.
Before we start, the employer that will be giving the job offer, or the Offer of Employment, may need to have a positive LMIA, which will grant a positive LMIA, or a Labor Market Impact Assessment.
When can an individual receive a Work Permit without the need of an LMIA?
- You will have a great effect on Canada whether economically, socially, or other;
- To finish your education, or to complete your education;
- When an individual with a Work Permit or certain others wishes to bring their married other or common-law partner;
- It may a charitable reason that may be accepted, or a religious one;
- Several other cases.
The employer in Canada can offer a temporary job offer to whomever he/she wishes after the acceptance of an LMIA.
After all this, the foreign worker can apply for a Temporary Work Permit.
People who have received an Offer of Employment will most likely need to receive their Work Permit. This is true in almost all cases.
How long can a Work Permit be issued for? Any amount of time from a few months to a few years, depending on the individual and the case.
A person who receives a Work Permit needs to know that it will be only applicable for that specific job.
