PRESIDENT RICARDO MARTINELLI & HIS FAMILY “HAVE AN OFFER NO ONE CAN REFUSE” |

WANTED SA and many of our Financial Crime Analysts, Consultants and Lawyers have been gathering information and doing research of what has become an outrage of Judicial Justice and a mockery and insult to the citizens of the Republic of Panama for the past 3 years since election of President Ricardo Martinelli and his Family as Heads of State for Republic of Panama.
FINANCIAL GROUPS
In the past number of years one or two of the sons or representatives of Ricardo Martinelli who is Head of the Organized Crime Empire known as “Monkey Mafia” would attend at a successful business and offer to become full partners from either 20% to up to 50% without any form of payment, except protection of the Monkey Mafia.
An offer one cannot refuse, because if you do refuse; you are cautioned that the Tax 
Department, Attorney General, Suppliers, Banks and others “would boycott the business and destroy it or seize the assets on a fraudulent ‘trumped’ up situation”. This has actually happened many times previously in the Republic of Panama.
In December of 2011 two representatives from Banco Nacional advised a financial group in Panama that they need to become partners with a company in Panama that has one of the sons of Ricardo Martinelli as a major shareholder.
The Financial Group refused and were advised that within 6 months the Financial Group would be plagued with problems, investigations and the Government of Panama would seize all of their assets including special software worth millions of dollars.
First the newspaper of Ricardo Martinelli started a campaign of fraudulent statements and threats and then inspections by various government agencies and then the campaign of directly contacting banks and business activities in Panama and abroad.
The Financial Group would not succumb and retained law firms in Panama, Canada and Europe to take their situation directly to the International Criminal Court. This is not the first time that this form of Terrorist Attacks on business has been activated in Panama in the past 3 years.
CORONADO RESORT
Roberto Eisenmann is a successful business man who has developed the Coronado 
Resort with Equestrian Club, Golf Club and amenities for a resort. Mr. Eisenmann has dedicated over 20 years in developing this fantastic resort for tourists and citizens of Panama.
Mr. Eisenmann also owns La Prensa which is a highly respected media group in Panama with many other investments which the MONKEY MAFIA ahs had their greedy eyes on for several years. Mr. Eisenmann is also an advocate of Justice, Individual Rights and a Patriot of Panama who is outspoken and stands up for other people’s rights.
Several representatives of the MONKEY MAFIA approached Mr. Eisenmann to become partners but without any form of payment and threatened him if he did not comply. The Panama Tax Authority started first with a barrage of statements on Mr. Martinelli personal owned newspaper called Panama America accusing Mr. Eisenmann of owing millions of dollars in taxes; however, the Panama Tax Department refused to conduct a forensic audit to demonstrate their validity.
Coronado Resort was seized with over 200 Million Dollars of assets by the Government in their claim that Mr. Eisenmann owes only 3 Million Dollars in Taxes. Outrage is not the word for the criminal activities of this present government which is controlled by the Martinelli Family.
Many other business activates were targeted by the family of Ricardo Martinelli as more are outlined below and are only a small portion of the criminal activates of Ricardo Martinelli and his Monkey Mafia.
JEAN FIGALI
Jean Figali was a successful developer in the Republic of Panama who built and developed the Figali Convention Center on the Causeway and was building a major hotel, resort, marina and other activities. As soon as Ricardo Martinelli took over power in the Republic of Panama as President; Tax Evasion charges were brought against Jean Figali and all of his properties seized.
Then Jean Figali was charged with Money Laundering on fictitious evidence; however, almost 2 years later, Jean Figal was found Not Guilty; however, the Government of Panama and the Monkey Mafia who now control all of the assets refused to return the assets back to Jean Figali.
David Murcia Guzman was conducting business with Ricardo Martinelli prior to Martinelli becoming President of Panama through Super 99 a grocery chain owned by Martinelli that has been accused many times of Money Laundering.
Guzman was convicted in Colombia of operating a Ponzi Scheme and all of his Colombia assets were forfeited to the state and then Guzman was extradited to the USA.
Guzman was also charged in Panama and was found not guilty; however, he was found guilty in the USA where he is now in prison. Where are the properties of David Murcia Guzman in Panama? Only 1 car, 1 yacht has been recovered. Several Government Officials have been seen driving some of the luxurious cars in the open.
Being developed on the Causeway with a luxurious hotel, shops, marina, mall, entertainment center and many more activities. One of the Martinelli Criminal Organization only weeks after Martinelli became president of Panama approached 2 of the major shareholders and demanded a 50% partnership in the complete project.
The shareholders refused and the complete project was seized for fictitious back taxes. The above are true and factual events recorded in order to issue an ALERT OF CAUTION to whoever is considering in investing in Panama under the present Government unless one is looking for a tax deduction from their country of jurisdiction.
At present several new projects are being planned for the Causeway and Amador and are being given to friends and families of President Ricardo Martinelli. If we consider Hugo Chavez a threat to democracy; consider the present financial and political distrust by the people of Panama for the present Government which is at less than 7%.
Citizens in Panama are taking to the streets and protesting and demanding that President Ricardo Martinelli resign immediately.
