If you are a compliance officer at any bank in Canada, USA, Europe and yes in Panama & Latin America, and are looking for some indication of how strictly the Treasury Department and Central Banks intend to enforce its Iranian sanctions program, it is strongly suggested that you review Undersecretary of the Treasury Stuart Levey's lecture, delivered this week before the Centre for Strategic and International Studies.
