Arthur Gehl who was arrested on January 10, 2010 upon his return from the USA was officially charged in the Republic of Germany with operating a Financial Scam and with Money Laundering, which is a very serious Financial Crime in Germany and if found guilty and convicted Arthur Gehl is looking forward to a long sentence term in prison. The Police in Germany acted very rapidly to close Arthur Gehl and his so called Private Banking Group down and froze all the assets that are left at present. The investigation on Arthur Gehl in Europe commenced in 2019 and the investigation in the USA was started in December of 2019 also and spread to Canada.

It is estimated that Arthur had collected over FORTY MILLION EURO DOLLARS (40,000,000 Euro) in a period of one year while operating the alleged scam, which is being considered a fraud and a Ponzi Scheme. The bank that Arthur Gehl was was using was FIDOR Bank in Germany until his suspicious accounts were closed and the bank demanded that Arthur Gehl move his accounts to another bank; however, this was also encouraged by investigators from Canada and USA who were now digging into the activities of Arthur Gehl. Arthur Gehl was given ample time by FIDOR Bank to arrange for new banking.

Arthur Gehl was released on bond January 29, 2020 in the afternoon, which will allow Arthur Gehl to prepare for his defence at the Preliminary Trial with his lawyers who are based in Dusseldorf, Germany; however, we are not listing their name in order to allow the lawyers and Arthur a peaceful time and not to be interrogated by the investors who allege to have lost massive amounts of money with VIA-AG and Arthur Gehl.

The main issue to remember is that Arthur Gehl is now in the judicial system of Germany which has a noted court system and that Arthur Gehl is presumed innocent of his alleged crimes unlessl he is found guilty by the courts.

We will continue the investigation and assist Law Enforcement in Germany, Europe, USA and in Canada and we will update the Due Diligence that we discover and expose.
