Monday February 17, 2020 and we are in Rheine, Germany interviewing more investors of Arthur Gehl of VIA-AG.INFO who have now become victims of a massive Crypto Currency Fraud Conspiracy that has international jurisdiction involving over 650 victims in several countries according to reports from victims who were advised by the authorities in Germany when filing their statements. The hunt continues for the gold coins and assets stolen by Arthur Gehl and by his associates and partners plus the police are diligently investigating this massive financial crime and their main objectives is to convict all the parties involved; such as, Arthur Gehl, his partners and return assets to the victims; however, some have lost their business and now are in dire financial difficulty because of Gehl.
Germany has been plagued with dozens of financial frauds involving the Crypto Currency specifically Bitcoin and greedy investors have refused to accept warnings of the many scams and frauds involved in this filthy fraud. The more interesting turn of event that have occurred is the fire bombing of the car belonging to Chris Andre Koch, an associate of Arthur Gehl and the violent assault reported by the authorities to witnesses in Germany. The suspects of these violent acts is being pointed at victims who are from Russia, because one of them has a distinctive violent past, but Arthur Gehl in his greed did not bother to conduct a Know Your Client investigation nor an Enhanced Due Diligence.
Some of the investors who are actually associates of Arthur Gehl have themselves made threats to legitimate and bona fide investors who are actually victims now, because of the financial fraud of Arthur Gehl who is now boasting that he will be found innocent of all charges. Gehl who is boasting that his law firm based in Dusseldorf is well connected and will protect him at all times; however, in the past 28 years we have seen many criminals; such as, Arthur Gehl make these manner of boastings, but who are now in prison serving life sentences; such as David Murcia Guzman, Allen Stanford and of course Bernard Madoff and I am confident that based on the evidence I have reviewed so will Arthur Gehl. In fact Gehl is also facing charges from the USA and Canada and once his Federal Case Number 44 JS 885/19 is resolved he maybe extradited to these countries to face gruelling trials and lengthy prison terms.
At present I estimate that there are about 15 investors who are actually also associates and partners of Arthur Gehl and claim to have earned millions of Euros to the schemes of Gehl and who claim to have received all of their profits. These names have all been submitted to the Police Authorities in German and an investigation to the Tax Liability and banking records are now being investigated.
We are continuing our investigation and will be meeting with the Prosecutors and Police Authorities during our present trip to Germany and we encourage all victims who have lost their assets to contact the police and file a statement and claim as to their losses.
